Cole, 23, already has amassed some impressive numbers at the major league level. He went 10-7 with a 3.22 ERA for the Pittsburgh Pirates last year and really impressed late in the season. Cole’s numbers in September (4-0, 1.69 ERA) and experience pitching in the playoffs could be a positive sign of things to come.
