Depuis vendredi, l’organisation étrangère à but non lucrative “Blessed Hoops” a organisé une série d’activité de concert avec la Fédération Haïtienne de Basketball et One and One Street afin d’apporter un plus dans le développement du basketball chez les jeunes du pays.
Basée en Suisse, Blessed Hoops avec ses dirigeants, a débuté le 16 avril une séance de travail au CFC, babiole avec les entraineurs affiliés de la FHB pour partager ensemble leur connaissance sur le basket et les changements dans les règles du jeu. Le lendemain, les organisateurs ont eu une journée de travail au Gymnasium Vincent cette-fois, avec près de 40 jeunes de moins de 17 ans. Lors de la dernière journée de travail hier dimanche, ils ont organisé deux matchs d’exhibition dans deux catégories (U17, sénior) à la place Boyer afin de jauger le niveau des joueurs qui devraient prendre part cette année à des compétitions internationales.
